Real estate crowdfunding in Slovakia
Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investment into construction and development projects. You pool your capital with other investors and together participate in real estate projects that would be hard to access for a single individual.
Through a digital platform, multiple investors contribute funds to a specific project. Once construction is completed and the agreed goals are met, profits are distributed pro-rata across all participants according to the size of their investment.
This model enables people with smaller capital to invest in larger projects such as apartment buildings, residential complexes or the renovation of existing assets — increasingly important in the context of urban and regional development across Slovakia.
