Privacy Policy
Divestioo s. r. o., with registered seat at Tallerova 4, 811 02 Bratislava, Company ID 56 482 913, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III City Court, section Sro, file no. 187452/B ("Divestioo" or "we") is the controller of personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.
1. What data we process
We process data you voluntarily provide through the form (full name, email address), technical data about your browser, IP address, date and time of the visit and behavioural data on the website to the extent permitted by your cookie consent.
2. Purpose of processing
We process your data to send information about the upcoming Divestioo platform and new real estate crowdfunding projects in Slovakia, to evaluate traffic and improve our content, and to comply with statutory obligations.
3. Legal basis
Processing takes place on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), our legitimate interest in providing a secure and functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. Retention period
We keep subscriber data until you withdraw your consent, no longer than 5 years from the last interaction with our communication. Cookie data are kept based on the selected consent level, at most for 13 months.
5. Recipients
Your data may be processed by our vetted processors: email service providers, EU-based cloud hosting providers, Google analytics tools (with Consent Mode v2 enabled) and legal advisors. We do not transfer data outside the EU without adequate safeguards.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and lodging a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava). You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@divestioo.com.
